Compound Semiconductor Week 2018

Compound Semiconductor Week (CSW) is North America's premier forum for science, technology and applications of compound semiconductors. CSW 2018 takes place at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge, Massachusetts from May 29th until June 1st and will combine the 45th international symposium on compound semiconductors (ISCS) and the 30th international conference on indium phosphide and related materials (IPRM).

One of the companies represented at CSW 2018 will be k-Space, a leading supplier of of in situ, in-line, and ex situ metrology tools for the semiconductor, thin-film, and photovoltaic (PV) industries. Their products, such as the kSA BandiT PV metrology tool, are used in production and research facilities worldwide to monitor a very wide range of thin-film deposition processes, including MBE, MOCVD, PLD, PVD, sputtering, and evaporation.
